这也意味着无论您采用哪种音箱组合，Core Sub Compact 都有着与 Core 系列其他产品完全一致的性能表现。Core Sub Compact 的调音方式也与同系列的高频产品毫无二致，因此，这实际上是一款集成低频扩展系统，而不仅仅是一台音箱。
需要更多功能？您可以在系统中使用多台 Core Sub Compact，让低音分布更加均匀。可以将它们稳妥地摆放在桌面下方或后方，亦可直接放置在 Core 音箱下方（利用内置安装凹槽），
并且无需担心振动问题。两只丹拿 MSP + 混合驱动单元以相反的配置工作。此外，箱体结构极其稳定：即使将一个价值不菲的明代花瓶摆在 Sub 上，并以最大声压级进行混音，也能确保花瓶安然无恙，丝毫不用担心掉下来。
混合驱动单元十分巧妙，专为重低音喇叭而设计。刚性铝质音圈夹在双重阻尼之间，背部是一层纸张阻尼，前端的阻尼帽采用了丹拿特有的硅酸镁盐聚合物 (MSP) 材料，可消除高频共振。将整个单元放在一个强劲的铁氧体磁体系统前方，就能获得无比坚实的低音引擎。而且，数量还是两个。
